When hiring Ralsta Cleaning Kft you agree to be responsible for full payment and compliance with the policies and this agreement.

Access to the property

During the first meeting, we will discuss if you would like to use the key service (FAQ) or if you will be present during the cleaning.
If you do not want to make use of the key service and no one is present to let the cleaners inside, a fee will be charged.
We ask you to turn off any alarm systems. When leaving the house armed, we will try to disarm the alarm system upon entering (as described during the initial meeting), however, Ralsta Cleaning Kft will not be held responsible for any false alarms or any misuse of the system. This includes charges or fees from the security company, police department, or any other fees that relate to the alarm. In addition, Ralsta Cleaning is not liable for failure of the system or making mistakes when arming the alarm system (and will not be held responsible for its results from the failure of the alarm system).

Safety

Our cleaners reserve the right to leave the property when an animal/ pet is showing aggressive behavior. If the cleaners have to leave the property due to this issue, the full price of the service will be charged. Additionally, Ralsta Cleaning is not liable for any damage caused by the pet during the cleaning.
For the safety of our cleaners, we will not be handling any type of human or animal waste. This includes bodily fluids, excrements, blood, and/ or vomit.
Our cleaners will not be cleaning any properties with live infestations (such as bedbugs or roaches). We kindly ask you to mitigate the issue first.
For safety considerations, our cleaners will also not clean properties with dangerous amounts of mold.
When you are not present at the property, we do not let any other (home) service providers onto your property, nor will our cleaners be accepting any packages.

Cancellation

It could always occur that you have to cancel the appointment with our cleaners, this is no problem. We kindly ask you to send your cancellation via email at ralstacleaning@outlook.com or phone (call/ WhatsApp/ Telegram) +36-302666937, within 24 hours. When the notice of cancellation is shorter than 24 hours, there will be a cancellation fee. In some cases, it is possible to waive this fee, in case of emergencies.

Preliminary price offer/ estimate

The estimate that is received by filling out the form is based on the supplied information. The final offer will be provided after a visit. The final offer could be higher or lower than the preliminary price offer.
After requesting the preliminary offer, nothing is set in stone. You can easily decline the offer by either replying to our email or by not responding.

Payment

It is possible to pay for our services with a bank transfer or in cash.

Damages, quality and satisfaction

Our cleaners are very careful not to damage any items. When asked to clean in and around sensitive areas (for example, but not limited to antiques/ collections/ electrical equipment/ laundry/ porcelain), you are in agreement that Ralsta Cleaning Kft. and/ or its employees are not considered responsible for any breakage or damages to any component/ article or product.
Damages should be reported via email or phone within 24 hours of the service, otherwise, Ralsta Cleaning may not be held liable.
In regards to damage caused by faulty and/ or wrongful installation, general wear and tear, and lack of maintenance, Ralsta Cleaning Kft. and its employees are not held responsible.
Complaints regarding the quality of the provided service(s) should be filed within 24 hours of the service. This can be done via email or phone.

Adjustment of rates:

Ralsta Cleaning Kft. reserves the right to reevaluate its rates at any time. However, this will be discussed with you before the cleaning. Ralsta Cleaning Kft. will not change its rates without notifying the client.
